Dr. Kanny Hannah is a distinguished Consultant Clinical Psychologist registered with AHPRA and an active member of the Australian Psychological Society. She also holds registration with the HCPC and is chartered by the British Psychological Society.

Dr Kirby has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and PhD in Health Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology)/Bachelor of Education from the University of Sydney. She has 11 years’ experience working in clinical and research settings in Australia and the UK.
Kirby holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a PhD in Health Psychology from the University of Sydney, complemented by a combined Bachelor’s in Psychology and Education. As an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, she also has training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. With over a decade of clinical and research experience in Australia and the UK, Kirby specializes in treating older adolescents and adults. Her areas of focus include eating disorders, body image issues, borderline personality disorder, and various mental health challenges, from anxiety to chronic health conditions.
Kirby applies Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy primarily, along with techniques from other therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Her practice is influenced by anti-diet principles and health at every size approaches. Kirby’s significant clinical experience includes roles at Ramsay Clinic Northside, where she led programs for eating disorders and mental health treatments over several years.
In addition to her clinical work, Kirby has a robust research profile, having contributed to behaviour change studies in the UK that focus on weight management, diet adherence, and health recommendations compliance. She has over 40 peer-reviewed publications, has presented extensively at conferences, and has been a guest speaker and lecturer in the field of health psychology. Kirby has also held editorial roles and served as a peer reviewer for numerous journals in health psychology and behavioural medicine.
Marina Zochil

Marina Zochil is a bilingual (English/Italian) Registered Psychologist with 19 years of professional experience supporting people through all stages of life. Having recently completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at Macquarie University, she is a Clinical Psychology Registrar, who is passionate about lifelong learning and providing tailored, quality psychological client care.
Marina’s extensive professional background spans across schools, universities, hospitals, corporate Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and community settings. She is committed to a collaborative strength-based approach to therapy. Her practice draws from a range of evidence-based therapies, primarily integrating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques.
Marina’s areas of clinical focus and expertise include:
- Stress management, anxiety, depression, sleep, and navigating life transitions.
- Student mental health, youth wellbeing, study skills, educational adjustments, and personal growth.
- Neurodevelopmental presentations, particularly ADHD and co-occurring conditions.

Omar Afiouni

Omar is Operations Lead of Oshia, dedicated to driving operational excellence and ensuring the organisation delivers exceptional services to its clients.
Omar is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operational management and strategic execution. Omar focuses on optimising business processes, enhancing efficiency, and fostering sustainable growth. Though he’s not clinical, Omar is a qualified Mental Health First Aider (Deakin University, 2021).
Prior to joining Oshia, he held multiple board roles, providing governance and advisory expertise to startups and mature businesses alike. His experience as a non-executive director has honed his skills in corporate governance, financial management, risk assessment, and strategic planning. He currently holds board positions on various not-for-profit organisations, is President of the CBD Sydney Chamber of Commerce and a Councillor for Business NSW.
His core values centre around empathy, continuous improvement (Kaizen) and accountability. Omar believes in fostering a culture of respect, growth, and excellence within the organisations he serves, making him a valuable asset to Oshia’s operational leadership.
